real companies, real people, real reviews

Wow,
I am not sure why the girl gave such a bad review. They are an excellent company with a professional secretary. I contacted them about a pickup and they were ready to get started immediately.
My car broke down on my way to Orlando, Florida for a trip and these guys helped me get the car to an auto shop. They also provided me with a nice, well-maintained car for me to use while I was on the trip.
I picked autogo transport out from many companies who contacted me to give the quote. I needed the car to be transported from AZ to SC. The broker was very helpful and found someone to transport the car very quickly. The driver who delivered the car was also nice and quite fast. When he came to pick up the car he marked down every little scratch. Upon delivery there was something what had come open in a bottom of the car and the driver started arguing that it was already there when he picked the car up but he had not marked it on the inspection paper. We did not want to argue and paid for fixing it. Luckily it was only 20 dollars but whatever company you choose make sure that you know what is written on the inspection paper and if there is something wrong with the car when it is delivered because of the drivers mistake then they have to pay for it. It cost 990 to ship it. I would use autogo again since they are quick and the price was lower than most of other brokers. Also they do not take any deposit from you. You only have to pay when the car is picked up.
They did a fantastatic job of moving my car from NJ to SC. They gave me an accurate estimate, came to the door on time, and delivered it on the promised date. No scratches, no dings and my car was good to go. No hassles. Highly recommended.
Our car was picked scheduled to be picked up by NAO Auto in Indianapolis and delivered to Seattle, WA by NAO Auto. It was scheduled to be delivered 7 days later, on a Friday. The driver was under contract to contact us 24 hours before arrival to schedule the logistics of the pickup. Therefore, we were expected some sort of call by Thursday at some point. Thursday came and went and no call came. By Friday with still no call, I contacted them and, after some difficulty, finally got through to the dispatcher. He said that the driver was running behind and would be delivering the car either late that evening on Friday, or, more likely, on Saturday morning. He said the driver would call me directly to let me know what was going on. However, after not receiving any calls by Friday evening, I again tried calling dispatch but could not get in touch with anyone. Saturday came still with no contact from the company. I tried and tried and tried again to get in touch with the company, but no one would ever answer the phone. Saturday went with no contact and no car. Sunday came and went the same way. Tried calling, no answer, still no car. It was not until Monday morning that I was able to contact somebody from the company who said that the driver “accidently” dropped off my car at their facility on Friday and “forgot” to deliver to my house. They then said they would have a driver finally deliver it to my house later that day. However, when they came to deliver, they only gave me 10 minutes notice before showing up instead of 24 hours notice, so I had to scramble to make sure some one was there to pick up the car (as I was at work at the time!) So, finally, 4 days after initial scheduled delivery of the car, I get my car, but there is a HUGE crack and dent in the back right fender. So I called them back to file a damage claim and complain. Once again, they are very hard to contact. After 2 days of calling I finally get through to file a claim. However, after 2 weeks from filing the claim I have heard nothing back and I absolutely cannot reach them at all.
Do NOT use this company! They are shady, nearly impossible to contact, dishonest, and will most likely damage your car. Search for NAO Auto on google and see that others have had the same issues with this company (including legal action against the company). If you want your car delivered safely, on time, with good communication, then STAY AWAY from this company.
This company was hired by Auto Driveaway in Indianapolis to ship our car and we did not choose this company ourselves. If you have any choice, you should avoid them.
I spoke with John Nettles. He was A+ on communication, information, and service. He set up an auto carrier move for my car from Boston to Seattle, and kept in careful communication with me. When I had to cancel due to changed
