This was a great experience from start to finish. From regular, consistent communication with the company, to good experience with dispatch, to phenomenal service with the driver, Yonathan. These folks are *professional*, and it shows. Of course I was nervous about this process, but the driver and dispatch worked together to make things seamless, providing estimates along the way. In the end, the driver arrived *at the minute* he estimated, and worked with me for over an hour to get the trailer perfectly placed on the property. Highly recommend, and would book again. If it is your first time shipping a car, it is a daunting process trying to find a company that will not scam you. I needed to have a car brought from Florida to California, I searched for companies in my area and found Nationwide United Auto Transport. I spoke to a John, who was very helpful and professional. After speaking to him I checked out other companies, some of them had cheaper quotes, but I did not feel comfortable with any of them. My Qut just felt that Nationwide United was the one; so, I reached out to John again 2 days later and we set up my order request. I paid the deposit, he called me the next day and told me he had a truck in the area, and could pick the car up, I no idea it would be so fast.
Problem is my father is 91 years old and ill and could not facilitate the pickup of the car on his end in Florida, so he had his neighbor handle everything. I won’t go into details but Chris and John being so patient and understand and compassionate worked with the neighbor they arranged the date and time. The car was picked up on Saturday In Melbourne Florida and delivered to me on Tuesday evening in Inglewood California. OMG! These quy’s were amazing, I highly recommend that anyone needing a transport company that you choose Nationwide United.
