this company promises a smooth transaction however if you consider almost no communication and having a rude dispatcher that hangs up rather than doing his job this is the company for you.be ware the worst I’ve ever dealt with !!!!!!!!

If I could give a business zero stars, this would be it.
1) The company over-promised on the car pick-up date. Six days late with absolutely no effort to fix the problem.
2) Customer communications were awful. Zero follow-through; zero return of calls; zero advance notice about car pickup.
3) The company’s sales guy handling my car did not apparently know how to use Google Maps, because he almost sent my car to the wrong metropolitan area 6 hours north of my destination.
4) Poor driver. The transit price I agreed on with the company was $800, of which the driver was supposed to pick up $600 upon delivery. However, the company told him to get $700, which would have over-charged me by $100. Thank god, I checked with the driver first, then called the company back and straightened it out.
5) The company’s dispatch also gave the driver the wrong address. After arriving at the wrong address, the driver had to call me, I gave him the correct address, and then he backtracked an hour to the correct address.
Overall, it has been an absolute nightmare. I have not witnessed this level of incompetence and horrible customer service… ever? (I had shipped a car before with another company and had no issues.)
(Note: in their business papers which you can download by following the links under “About Us,” they company is also listed as FMCSA Motor Carrier and their legal name is AAA Logistics LLC.)
