took three tries before they moved car, and over a week. great language barrier with this companies drivers and dispachers only speak russian. could not get any thing sorted out. told there was no key with vehicle, would have to winch on truck. after two tries last time i drove 90 miles to bring them key. then driver had no change made overage a 25 dollar tip. if you deal with this outfit make sure you have your own change. neither freedom or their drivers has issues changing price of keeping your “tip”. i move about 10 cars a year up till now usually had friends help, thought i would try this way, bad mistake, will not deal with this company again.
I really wish I could give 0 stars…worst company I ever dealt with. Got a quote in October called this week to set up an appointment for Friday. Tyler told me I was quoted low but they would honor quote. The day before I called Tyler 2 times only to find out at 4:00 when I called again the price would be a whole lot more. Told him this is unacceptable and I wanted to speak. To a manager he said he was on the phone I said I would give him 1/2 hour of course no phone call. I called back and Tyler has the audacity to say I was very promp. He said he would transfer me to a manager but he transferred me to the main number. Tried to call Tyler again and I was ghosted. BEWARE no one needs the aggravation of being lied to
