If I could give no stars I would. This company I chose because of the yelp review, and because it is a woman owned company. They come off really sweet, but then it goes south. We had a 2 way transport, was quoted $1,400.00 then when we decided to go with then then we we told that we were misquoted, if we wasn’t in a rush we could still do it for the 1rst quote. If not it would be $1,700.00 my husband said it was no rush so that was it. Then over the next few days we got text saying Aug 13, so we got to our contact person and let them know the 13 would be pick up day.

So then today we get a text saying Aug 20??? It was explained that the driver had a family emergency, totally understand BUT we had our contact waiting on this pick up and putting his life on hold. So was told that it would be hard to get another driver because ” they would rather pick up honda civics than heavy old vehicles ” and we would have to fork over more money!

So then we are pissed, they use the excuse of the 14 day contract, but what happends when you can’t find a driver, and we had this worked out with our contact! We risked loosing the truck because the person was now having 2nd thoughts on the trade.

So we found a new transporter, yes more money but it will happen tomorrow with a delivery for tuesday! When we asked for our money back, they told us no, but they provided no service at all. Will be contacting my bank and bbb! You have been warned. And if this gets erased by yelp or by the owner of the company I will post this on every site known to man!

This crazy B runs her business and makes profits by collecting deposits and never actually transport a vehicle. BEWARE .YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

I had a less than desirable experience with these folks. Here are the facts: I bought a car. The dealer salesman told me once they had the $ the delivery co. had 5 days (no including sat & sun) to pick up and 5 days to deliver. They didn’t pick the car up for 7 days and delivered in 8 (to include sat & sun). I was told by Angels that this info was wrong, dealers fault.

BUT on the call when I was complaining the condescending women responded, “What do you think I can pull and truck and a driver out of thin air.” That is the issue I have. The customer service at this point was awful. I called the dealer to complain, spoke to the manager who reports the salesman was wrong in telling me the timeframe he did but that the way I was treated by Angels was wrong and that he would call. I then received a call from Angels with such an ‘over done’ conversation that it was annoying. Like, “How is your day…. OH wow you bought a new car you must be so excited, What did you get , oh wow, what color? oh wow that will be real nice, etc ,etc.” Am I the consumer that just won’t be happy, possibly. What I wished would have happened on behalf of Angels is this: Treat me with respect when I call. If you can’t deal with upset customers train your staff. If you made a mistake and had a customer with a bad impression of an employee own it and move forward simply and professionally. No need to go over board. The car got to me in one piece. Don’t expect any definite delivery times, it’s just not in the cards.
