No contact or communication after we gave them our brand new vehicle to delivery across states. It has been 7 days now and it was supposed to be delivered 4 days ago. We understand that delivery and pick up is not guaranteed. But they do not even answer phone calls, texts, or emails. Driver Wendell Draper is extremely rude and unprofessional. Amanda Young does not answer any calls or texts and she is supposed to be the “dispatcher.”
A simple status update would be sufficient. The lack of communication after dropping off a brand new vehicle with them is unprofessional and not the way to conduct business. I have been calling and texting the phone numbers provided with no response.

My first Time using any kind of auto transport I was soo scared but they made so easy and give me a peace of mind!! It was a long trip from Texas all the way to New York, but from the driver (Wendell) such a sweetheart, To the assistant Amanda so helpful and understanding. I never write reviews but it was a nine day trip!! & they were updating me all the time and they won my heart 🙂 My car is my baby and they took care of him !!
Called from NC on Thursday afternoon. They picked the car up in VA on Friday, had it in NC (6 hours away), Saturday at noon.
Price was reasonable too.
How could they improve on that?
