I would never recommend this company. They offered us a special deal if we contracted for a round trip agreement. We paid upfront for the trip down to Florida and a deposit for the return trip. We were told the deposit for the return trip would ensure the price would not go up for the return. When it came time for the car to be returned to Michigan the price jumped by $300. When I complained they said they would return the deposit we paid. We had no choice but to pay for the increased price AND they never gave us the promised deposit refund. No amount of phone calla or complaints did any good. This company is totally unethical.

I have same situation happened as other customer.

Ms. Michelle charged my deposit and promises me to find a driver to pick up my car at the date we agreed in the contract.

After collecting the deposit, every time I call the phone number, she never picks up the phone.

I have to email or text message to her. Every time I asked when you find the driver, she always says no problem.

But she didn’t find any driver when the pickup date coming.

I call, email and text message to her, this time she never return message any more.

I would like to let other customer know this is the only company charge you deposit first, then try to find driver. Other company charge deposit after providing driver information and pickup date.

So don’t use this company called ‘A Stellar Auto Shipping Company’ to waste your time. They only provide one telephone number and work employee looks like only one person.

Please beware!!!!!!!

I chose this shipping company to have my car shipped from CA to NY at the end of August. On June 8th I put down $100 as a deposit. This past Monday July 16th 2018 I reached out to them because I had questions via text message. At this time Michelle cooper then informs me that my order has been canceled because I did a “charge back” she tells me she will discuss it with her billing department and get back to me because I did not due any such thing. She keeps telling me that I did a charge back and she’s had multiple supervisors look into the file and they have all come to the same determination. I called my bank today 7/18/18 and the representative informed me that there are no disputes or charge backs on my account and he would be happy to rectify this on a three way call. I tried calling and there is no answer, so I tell the representative from my bank that I was expecting a follow up from them today around 2pm or 3pm and I would conduct a three way call at that time. I reached out to a lawyer and they informed me to request a copy of the “charge back” that the company said occurred and also told me to get a letter from my bank to provide proof of no charge back.

I have reported the company to the BBB, FTC, consumer protection agency, and the Florida state attorney general(since the company is located in Florida).

I hope this does not happen to anyone else and from reading these other horrible experience, I can see now that I am unfortunately not the only one that has been effected.
