DO NOT GIVE YOUR INFORMATION to this company. I submitted a form looking for a quote and I was almost immediately bombarded with text messages from random 302 numbers asking me if I still need their services. I must’ve unsubscribed 7+ times!!

After being extremely frustrated, I reached out to their team politely asking to be removed because nothing I did seemed to have removed me from their incessant text messages.

He was outright rude and lacks any customer service etiquette. He told me that there are multiple companies with 302 area code and that they were indeed not the one that were still sending me text messages. Conveniently, the most recent text message did not offer a call back # or even allow incoming calls, so I have no idea who was even contacting me.

They made a commitment to me with a contract to pick up my car on Friday for $350. They called me on Thursday wanting to pick it up then and I said no because it was getting repaired and it wouldn’t be ready till Friday. Then Friday came and they didn’t have anybody to pick it up. So It wasn’t picked up until late the next week and they sent me a different contract which cost me $175 more. I was at their mercy because I needed the car delivered to Arizona from Santa Fe New Mexico. The driver who delivered it was great and it wasn’t his fault that logistics made a promise that they couldn’t fulfill based on a contract that I signed.

I am deeply regretting my decision of going with this company. They claimed the transportation they went with were charging more due to driving through the holidays. However my car still ended up delayed.

They also did not double check the information that was emailed to me. I was given the wrong contact information. I was hung up on upon calling the contacts that THEY gave me.

When I called go tell my agent (Roman) my experience. He invalidated it and gave a bunch of excuses on how it was not THEIR fault. Please save your money and yourself the headache and go with a different moving company.
